The project involved providing MEP for an Italian creamery. The architect wanted to keep the ceiling as high as possible. And on top of that, the space included a Mezzanine for people to go up to seat and enjoy the scenery. We had to coordinate closely with the architect to fit all the HVAC in a limited ceiling space. Because of the limited space in the ceiling, there had to be furr downs to allow the installation of all the ductwork. In the end, thanks to close coordination during designed, the project constructed with no difficulty.
